  • Insurance & Payment

    Services provided may be covered under extended health benefit plans.

    Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers where applicable. Clients are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance, including deductibles or co-pay amounts.

    For plans where direct billing is not available, payment is required at the time of the session and a receipt will be provided for reimbursement.

    • Debit

    • E-transfer

    • Cash

    A valid credit card may be kept on file for session payments and late cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
